FLAXSEED OIL
This is oil is actually used in some foods on the market. According to WebMD, this is mainly used for arthritis pain and helps with Swelling issues. It comes in a a gel pill form and is brought at most grocery stores with any supplement areas.
Though there is little data to prove this works or doesn't, I recommend you try it and see what you think. If you are finding you get the results you pay for, then by all means keep it up.
There is more evidence Flaxseed oil helps with lowering cholesterol. Again try it and make sure you let your doctor know you are trying it and see if you see any changes on your tests.
DO NOT TAKE if you are pregnant without making sure your doctor knows and he/she believes it is safe for your unborn child. Also major side effect from Flaxseed oil is diarrhea so buy some toilet paper to make its on hand in case you need it!
DHEA
Found in the body but also make from wild yam and soy. This is used mainly for strength and muscle mass. It is banned in some areas so be careful. Ask your doctor if DHEA is right for you or if a low enough dose might be ok.
There are some problems with DHEA such as product not containing it or not having the amount of DHEA in the product which the label states. According to WebMD, DHEA is better in smaller, short term use than the long haul, everyday use.
Do yourself a favor and really research the who DHEA thing before you decide it is right for you since from what I've read, DHEA can be very problemsome for men. It isn't the best medicine when bulking up and I would recommend you search other chemicals or supplements which can help achieve the same results.
