My cards I pulled were as follows

The World (upside down)

Ace of Swords
The Magician
The Wheel

I'm still stuck but I need to be open-minded since I can create anything I want and it is the timing which matters right now.

The King of Cups brings to mind the need to be honest, communicate and have a heart in all matters at this time.
Ace of swords is about focus and insights and clarity.

these two are important cards in this reading because it shows how even though the world is not mine (being it was upside down), I can still get what I seek. These two are showing me how to do it.

Where the last two The Magician (a card about creating and taking illusions to make things real) and the Wheel (a card about timing and moments and being very aware as to how your wheel is turning right now) are reminding me how it is up to me in the end to get the things are want.

Meaning is Love, Compassion, Matters of the Heart, Good

Now understand this also can mean coming together, overflowing, love in personal or mental.
