Two Ideas.
One the world blows up.
Two the world find peace.
Mine, I think anytime there are questions to the unknown, it is hard to not want answers. Try to not jump into any weird ideas of what might happen, try to find your own power to conquer any fears you might have and try to be ready no matter what happens.
You don't buy insurance because you think your house will catch on fire, you buy it because it might.
Be ready because it might go wrong, not because it will. And no that doesn't mean run out and get a bomb shelter, guns and to freak out. It means have some can goods, a plan and some water in case you need it which is never a bad thing to have on hand.
If it goes the peace route, you can probably wait and learn what to do as it happens. You can let yourself be part of it as the event unfolds in front of your eyes. To be in the moment.
HERBS
Now there are some herbs you might want on hand too. Most people run to stores when thinking of making a plan or making a survival kit for a few days or week. Having herbs to help is a great way to save if you happen to grow them and is usually healthier for you.
A great thing for skin pain such as bug bites is Camphor from Camphor Trees but be careful they now get this one to save the trees from turpentine oil.
And can't forget your Coconut Oil if you have kids since it treats head lice. Seems there is a spray which combines this oil with two other ones, both natural, and it works as well as the harmful spray now being used by thousands of parents.
And make sure you grab your B1, this is thiamine. So it works for lots of things going on in your brain because its great on our nerves! You want to feel better start taking this and see how it goes.
You can always pack a multivitamin too. These are great for the over all round effect without having to pack a hundred bottles and is great is you have to save on space.
Your Psychic Friend,

p.s. this is for a female I was talking to over the weekend. She was talking to me about Tarot Cards and trying to remember the meanings of them. this is a great website i use for the minor ones,
www.tarotteachings.com Look to the right side and click the link for minor arcana. I don't use this site for the major ones because it doesn't go in depth enough for me. Also realize there is a huge amount of info on these pages so you have to start using your gut to trust which meanings you will use for your cards. Take a piece of paper and write the name of the card you are working on and dot some notes next to it. Don't make it too long. If its too long, it will be too hard to remember it in a reading. I try to remember the short notes and then work off whatever my guides are telling me to say to the person getting the reading. Hope that helps.
